A great time was had; David (UK), Mathew (UK), Colin (Canada) and myself (small bits of Australia), decided that a great way to celebrate mid summer (ish). This involved going to the local park opposite Joyjul and setting of fireworks. In the park we found a kid's bike that had been left there, so we "borrowed" it for a while and played up. (Japanese people are always leaving stuff in parks - they safely return some time later to always find it. I've found clothes, mobile phones and motocycle helmets at my local park - and, yes, I did leave it all there. )
Anyway, after riding the kids bike around for a while in the Krusty the Klown fashion, an idea formed to attach a firecracker to the bake of the bike and send Dave off, riding across the park with it. (Dave's idea I'll have you note.) So... observe...

Colin (from Canada) from a blow up swimming pool at the local discount store and brought one home from everyone to use. (I was quite annoyed, I thought he said "blow up doll").
Anyway, here are the photos from the "pool party" we had outside on the laundry balacony.
(The pool almost went down the other day when the Korean's jumped on it; one Korean guy dived in with his mobile phone and wallet in his pocket. Bwhahahaha!!!)

Just a few photos of a party we had here in the university residence last night. Sorry, some of them are rather blury... I guess I should put down the glass I had in my hand first.
I'll also try to come back and caption/update/spell check a bit more of the content here soon.... enjoy!

Hi everyone,
I've finally got a new digital camera, a nicce (and Really cheap!), Fujifilm A210. Here's a fw photos of the last month or so of life here in Kumamoto including some photos of a trip I took to Amasuka island. I'll come back soon and update this with photo captions. Oh, a huge rain strome just started here so the last few shots are of this. Enjoy!

This website only allows me to send 6 files at once; because of that, I missed some photos in the directory... here are the missing ones.
The last one is a few photos I (poorly) stiched together in Photoshop.
Enjoy!

Well, I borrowed the digital camera from Patrick for a few hours today so I could take some photos of my room etc. You'll have to scroll down the page a bit to find them. -Mark
